PureVibes respects creators and responds to credible reports that content infringes copyrights or other legal rights.
Before You Report
- Confirm that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights owner.
- Identify the copyrighted work and the exact PureVibes content or account involved.
- Explain why the use is not authorized, licensed, or otherwise legally permitted.
Submit a Notice
- Send notices to copyright@purevibes.me with your contact information, the relevant URLs or IDs, and a good-faith statement.
- False or abusive reports may result in account restrictions and may create legal liability.
- PureVibes may remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing a credible notice.
Counter Notices
- Users who believe content was removed by mistake may contact copyright@purevibes.me with supporting information.
- PureVibes may request additional identity or rights documentation before restoring content.
