Account Deletion
PureVibes users can permanently delete their account and associated content from Settings, even after installing the app.
Delete Inside PureVibes
- Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete My Account, and confirm the request.
- Account deletion removes the profile, posts, stories, messages, groups owned by the user, and social activity handled by the account deletion process.
Delete After Uninstalling
- If you cannot access the app, email support@purevibes.me from the address associated with the account and request account deletion.
- Support may request reasonable verification before processing a request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Retention
- Security, fraud-prevention, legal, and moderation records may be retained only when reasonably required.
- Backups age out according to the service backup schedule and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
